The Atlas

Tinsukia district, situated in the Brahmaputra valley of Assam, encompasses a range of habitats including riverine systems, wetlands, grasslands, forest margins, and cultivated landscapes. These environments support diverse assemblages of flora and fauna characteristic of northeastern India.
This Biodiversity Atlas presents a structured visual record of species observed in this region. Organized across major taxonomic groups, the Atlas functions as an evolving archive of field-based documentation.
This project aims to contribute to regional natural history awareness through systematic observation and photographic evidence.

This Atlas is an evolving record. Additional species and observations will be added over time as documentation continues.
